All plans: 4 MB per file, 40 upload or reprocess attempts per account per UTC day, and 40 AI reads per account per UTC day shared by imports and questions. Automatic sources without an uploader have a separate 40-read daily budget per school. A document can require multiple reads; processing may wait until the budget resets.
What happens when you cancel?
For example, a purchase on 30 September 2026 renews on 30 September 2027. Cancel renewal on 1 June 2027 and paid access continues until 30 September 2027, without another annual charge. Your checkout and account show the actual dates. Paid features continue through the paid period when you cancel renewal. After paid access ends, additional imports and automatic monitoring pause for schools on the new plan. Your existing dates, calendar feeds and manual family or college tasks remain available. Saved dates will not reflect future school changes while monitoring is paused.
Our promise to existing households
Schools marked as protected during the plan migration retain their original unlimited uploads, automatic updates and change notifications, including after cancellation. Those protections are recorded on each school, rather than inferred from account age. Your school settings identify protected schools. Newly added schools follow the new plan. Existing events are never removed because you cancel. Deleting your account is separate and revokes its feeds.

The allowance belongs to the household, not each parent, and does not renew. It is used when extraction succeeds, including dates waiting for your review. Rejected files and failed imports do not use it. Uploading the same already imported file does not create duplicate events. Deleting a successful import or inviting a co-parent does not reset the allowance.
College planning is included in both plans. Add visits, interviews, application deadlines and supporting tasks with reminders. Use each college's own website to book visits, confirm dates and submit applications.
