What happens when you cancel?
Paid features continue through the paid period when you cancel renewal. After paid access ends, additional imports and automatic monitoring pause for schools on the new plan. Your existing dates, calendar feeds and manual family or college tasks remain available. Saved dates will not reflect future school changes while monitoring is paused.
Our promise to existing households
Schools already set up when this plan change takes effect retain their original unlimited uploads, automatic updates and change notifications, including after cancellation. Those protections belong to the existing schools; newly added schools follow the new plan. Existing events are never removed because you cancel. Deleting your account is separate and revokes its feeds.

The allowance belongs to the household, not each parent, and does not renew. It is used when extraction succeeds, including dates waiting for your review. Rejected files and failed imports do not use it. Uploading the same already imported file does not create duplicate events. Deleting a successful import or inviting a co-parent does not reset the allowance.
College planning is included in both plans. Add visits, interviews, application deadlines and supporting tasks with reminders. Use each college's own website to book visits, confirm dates and submit applications.
